ਇਸੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਕਦਮ ਪੁੱਟਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ. ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਲਾਣਾ ਦੁੱਲਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ, ਬਲਾਕ ਅਮਲੋਹ ਤੋਂ ਘਰ-ਘਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਸਕੀਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਤੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਘਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਸਦਕਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਜਾਤ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਬਾਗੋ ਬਾਗ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਹਨ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਤੇਜ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਹੁਣ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਮਿਲੂਗਾ ਤੇ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਖੜ੍ਹਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਬਿਲ ਵੀ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਹਾਂ।”
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਰਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਘਰ ਆ ਕੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਗਏ। ਹੁਣ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਣਾ ਪਊਗਾ। ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਘਰ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡਾ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਬਿਲ ਵੀ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।”
ਸਲਾਣਾ ਦੁੱਲਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਬੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਆ ਕੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਲੱਗਿਆ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਘਰ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਰਾਮਦਾਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ।”
ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਘਰ ਆਏ ਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਗਏ। ਅੱਗੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਡਿਪੂਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੁੰਮਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਲੱਗਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਹੁਣ ਕੰਮ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੜ੍ਹਨਾ ਪੈਣਾ।”
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਘਰ ਆ ਕੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਗਏ ਨੇ। ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਆ। ਹੁਣ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਖਰਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਆ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਦਾ। ਸਾਡਾ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਬਿਲ ਵੀ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।”
ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਆਏ ਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਗਏ। ਹੁਣ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਣਾ ਪਊਗਾ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਲਾਈਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵੀ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਆ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਆ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਹਾਂ।”
ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਆਏ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਗਏ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ।”
ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਕੇਸਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੱਜ ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇਣ ਆਏ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਲਾਭ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਣਾ ਪਊਗਾ ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰੇ ਹੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਆਊਗਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।”
ਗੁਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਲਾਣਾ ਦੁੱਲਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੱਜ ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਗਏ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਖੜਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਹੁਣ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਬਿੱਲ ਵੀ ਮੁਆਫ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ ਅਸੀਂ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ।”
