Tottenham Hotspur have idenified Fulham defender Ryan Sessegnon as a potential signing this summer, according to a report in England.
Website Football.London is reporting that Tottenham are likely to sign the 19-year-old from their London rivals Fulham this summer.
The same article states that Spurs haven’t opened the lines of communication despite their long-standing interest in the Cottagers’ talent.
According to the same story, Fulham are expected to reduce their £50m asking price given that Sessegnon has less than 12 months to run on his current deal.
Football.London go on to add that Sessegnon would rather work with Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino despite interest from Liverpool FC, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
Sessegnon scored two goals and made nine assists in 35 appearances in the Premier League last season in his first full campaign in the English top flight.
Tottenham secured a top-four finish ahead of their derby rivals Arsenal and Manchester United to ensure their continued participation in the Champions League.
