STACEY Solomon couldn’t stop laughing as she hit Joe Swash with saucepan lids as part of a bizarre Twitter challenge.

The 30-year-old star was confused when her boyfriend approached her with a rubber glove on his head and acting like a chicken.

Stacey managed to catch Joe

Filming the 38-year-old actor clucking like the bird, Stacey told fans: “When Joe says ‘shall we play a game’… Honestly, if I have to wear a rubber glove on my head I really don’t want to play.”

The mother-of-three eventually gave in to the idea – but was notably less committed to the washing up glove than her partner, with Stacey’s simply balanced on top of her hair.

The aim of Joe’s game was for Stacey to try and hit him with saucepan lids either side of his face as he ducked up and down between them.

At first, the former EastEnders star proved to have great reflexes and Stacey was unable to catch him.

However, he eventually let his guard down and Stacey admitted that she felt “terrible” after whacking his head between them.

Joe yelped out and rubbed his head after being struck, with his girlfriend writing: “When your boyfriend thinks they have the reflexes of a ninja…

“I was glad I won but felt terrible at the same time… What an awful game.”

Stacey later shared an adorable video of Joe playing with their 11-month-old son Rex, with the glove still on his head.

The little boy is chuckling with glee as Joe clucks and shakes his head while pretending to be a chicken.

Earlier in the day, Stacey couldn’t stop laughing as she teased Joe while he used a hoe in the garden, with “hoe” her nickname for him.
