But the happy announcement isn’t the only piece of news for the loved-up couple.
Prince Harry has also been given a new job.
Today, the Court Circular announced: “The Queen has been pleased to appoint The Duke of Sussex as a Personal Aide-de-Camp to Her Majesty with effect from 13th October, 2018.”
The special new role will see the Duke of Sussex representing the Queen at the State Opening of Parliament or at memorial services.
The Queen has several other aides-de-camp: Prince Philip, the Duke of Kent, Prince Charles, Captain Mark Phillips, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward, Sir Tim Laurence and Prince William.
The special role is often given to a senior military officer.
