Mohamed Salah has rejected a transfer away from Liverpool FC after the Reds’ Champions League triumph, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror is claiming that the Egypt international feels the “timing is wrong” to leave the Anfield club despite being “tempted” by the prospect of a transfer to either Real Madrid or Juventus.
Salah is known as one of European football’s top attacking talents and he played a crucial role in helping to fire the Reds to Champions League glory last season.
The attacker has scored 71 goals in just 104 goals for the Reds and he will be hoping to help Liverpool FC to challenge for the Premier League title once again next season.
According to the same story, Salah has made the decision to stay at Liverpool FC for now – but he will apparently review his situation at the Merseyside outfit next summer.
For now, it is claimed, the 26-year-old has told Liverpool FC that he is happy to stay at the club, but Jurgen Klopp is said to be aware about his possible departure in the coming seasons.
Liverpool FC sealed a 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League final at the start of the month as they won their first ever trophy under Klopp.
