LIVERPOOL have arrived back home as they prepare to lead the wild celebrations of an open-top parade through the city this afternoon.
Thousands of Reds fans enjoyed a night on the town in Madrid and on Merseyside celebrating the club being crowned European champions for a sixth time.
And they get to do it all again this afternoon as the squad parade through the streets of Liverpool where tens of thousands are expected to welcome them back home in style.
The Liverpool squad posed for pictures on the steps of their plane after landing back at John Lennon Airport proudly clutching the trophy and wearing their medals.
From there it is one to a short reception and food, before the party starts in earnest at 4pm at Allerton Maze.

From there the bus carrying the squad and officials will travel north along Queens Drive, Mill Bank, West Derby Road, Islington, Leeds Street and the Strand.
The parade is then due to end at Blundell Street, on the waterfront, where speeches and more partying is expected.
By coincidence, the Mersey River Festival and Bordeaux Wine Festival events are also taking place in the area.
