Chelsea FC have turned a £35m offer from FC Barcelona to sign Brazil international Willian, according to a report in England.
Sky Sports News is reporting that the Blues have rejected FC Barcelona’s initial offer for the South American winger.

The report doesn’t reveal whether FC Barcelona will submit a fresh bid to test Chelsea FC’s resolve to keep Willian.
The 30-year-old moved to Chelsea FC in a £30m deal from Russian outfit Anzhi Makhachkala in the 2013 summer transfer window.
Willian has won the Premier League twice, the Europa League, the FA Cup and the League Cup during his spell at Chelsea FC.
The South American forward scored three goals and made six assists in 32 appearances in the Premier League last term.
Willian contributed three goals and seven assists in 15 games in the Europa League as Chelsea FC won the competition.
He played just 19 minutes of their 4-1 victory over Arsenal in the final.
