Viewers may have been surprised to see the ITV daytime show on at 7pm on a Sunday night but it was only for a fleeting moment.

The women were later seen cheering from their seats in the audience while Saira delivered an impressive dance routine.

Afterwards she told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby: “On big days like this you need your girls and seeing them there gave me an extra lift.

I have never ice skated in my life. I have the perfect partner.”

The former Apprentice star received high praise from the judges

Earlier in the show Brian McFadden performed despite being in agony with a dislocated shoulder.

The former Westlife singer relived his time in the chart-topping band as he danced to their cover of Barry Manilow’s classic, Mandy.

Speaking after his show-stopping routine, Brian reassured Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that his shoulder was “still there.”

He joked: “With my shoulder going out, it’s been tough. It’s probably in a different position to what it was at the beginning of the routine but it’s still there.”
