GOOD Morning Britain fans were in hysterics when Joe Swash instructed the presenter’s through the ‘Theresa May dance’ live on air.

Viewers were left in stitches when Stacey Solomon’s boyfriend showed Kate Garraway, Adil Ray, Charlotte Hawkins and Alex Beresford how to emulate the Prime Minister’s unique ‘May bot’ routine she recently performed in South Africa.

During his entertainment segment, Joe, 35, said: “Talking of talented people, let’s talk Theresa May. We’ve seen her dancing earlier.

“I’ve figured out the formula. Everyone stand up.”

The group assembled, before he continued: “So basically, you’ve got to imagine that you’re on a farm and you’re picking fruit.

“Let’s just some music going…now pick some apples, now pick some grapes.”

They giggled as they attempted to learn the Prime Minister’s moves.

Those watching at home took to Twitter to share how funny they found the impromptu group dance.

It comes after viewers were left shocked when Ross King accidentally “killed off” Joe Biden when discussing Senator John McCain’s upcoming funeral.

Viewers spotted the blunder during the US-based entertainment correspondent’s first appearance on the show this morning after he paid tribute to Aretha Franklin who will also be laid to rest this weekend.

Speaking via video link from Los Angeles, the 56-year-old Scottish presenter said: “Also this weekend it’s a sad farewell to Senator Joe Biden.

“The Senator has had many, many fans around the world. Sorry I’m saying John McCain.”


The slip-up wasn’t missed by viewers who took to Twitter to point out that Joe Biden, the former Vice President, is still very much alive.

One wrote: “Ross King has just killed off Joe Biden 

Senator John McCain passed away last Saturday at the age of 81 from brain cancer, and yesterday his coffin arrived at the Arizona State Capitol building in Phoenix to lie in state before his funeral tomorrow.
