A POSTER of Danny Cipriani outside Twickenham will not be taken down, despite his Jersey fracas.

The 30-year-old was fined £4,000 by Jersey Magistrates Court and Gloucester after being charged with common assault and resisting arrest.

Cipriani was back in action last night at Kingsholm, as the Cherry and Whites beat the Dragons 40-31.

And his face is still on show outside Twickers, to promote sales of England’s Canterbury kit.

According to The Times, the RFU have no plans to take down the promo imagery after they decided not to punish him any further for bringing the game into disrepute.

Despite taking FIVE HOURS to deliberate over letting him off, Cipriani was warned over his behaviour by Gareth Graham, the barrister who chaired the hearing.

But clearly there was no decision to be made over having his image on the outside of the 82,000-seat stadium.

Cipriani is key to Eddie Jones’ plans going into the Autumn internationals and the Six Nations before the World Cup in 13 months’ time.

The fly-half is expected to take over the No10 jersey from George Ford, but games against South Africa, Japan, New Zealand and Australia will seriously test a Red Rose side that have had a 2018 to forget.

Cipriani made a crucial kick in England’s third test in South Africa as they won 25-10 to give Jones a massive sigh of relief after six defeats on the bounce.
