The man, wearing tracksuit bottoms and a baseball cap, even squared off with a bus as it went by.

Captured on video, the man can be heard repeatedly shouting “f*** off” and “come on” at nearby traffic.

He also yells: “you f***ing lorry d***head!”

The peculiar incident took place outside the Regent Hotel in Doncaster, South Yorks, on the busy South Parade junction where four roads meet in the city.

The video is believed to have been filmed on August 9 but only surfaced online yesterday.

Pedestrians can be seen going about their business ignoring the tirade, despite him being stood right in the middle of the road.

At one point, a passing cyclist appears to briefly confront the man only to be chased out of view.

It’s not clear what made him so upset, but online commentators were quick to speculate.

People commenting on the video thought it were quick to relate the incident to similar ones.

One said: “There was a very similar video to this where someone was trying to fight busses. I bet they were on the same drug.”

Another quipped: “Don’t do drugs kids!”

South Yorkshire Police are not investigating the incident.
